The Inspiration Package is a publication that is one of the results of the project called "School of Our Dreams - How not to be lonely at school?".

It is intended to answer the question: how to help school principals, teachers, students and parents in introducing lasting changes in teaching methods and work methods aimed at improving relationships at school in the conditions of stationary, distance and hybrid education using the Design Thinking method?
It contains scenarios of educational activities focusing on relationships that have:

  • Facilitate learning about each other's needs, building relationships, and improving relationships between all members of the school community
  • Reduce the feeling of loneliness, insecurity and stress experienced in the teaching process.

Scenarios of educational activities were developed on the basis of materials collected and developed during the implementation of the project:

  • SWOT analysis of distance education, which indicated problems resulting from conducting distance education, especially in terms of building and maintaining relationships.
  • Diagnosis of the sense of security and loneliness in Konin schools, which indicated the level of sense of security and loneliness among students, teachers and parents and the factors influencing them.
  • Team work using the design thinking method: defining design challenges, conducting qualitative research with a group of recipients in order to understand the problem, analyzing the collected information and discovering insight, generating possible solutions, designing and testing prototypes of solutions.
  • Identification of specific practical methods and ways of working with students during training team meetings with trainers in specific competence areas.

The planned long-term effect of the project is called "School of Our Dreams - How not to be lonely at school?" is to implement new forms and methods of cooperation, work programs and projects that facilitate learning about the needs and building relationships in Konin schools.

Project implemented under the Education Program Component IV - Institutional cooperation to improve the quality and adjustment of the educational offer at all levels and in all forms (excluding VET and professional continuing education) 2nd recruitment, financed by the EEA Financial Mechanism for 2014-2021 and from the state budget.
